COMMENTS:
Jose enter to the little label "Private Stock
Records", after many years not well helped from RCA, and
immediatley sign the soundtrack for the movie "Aaron loves
Angela" (where also he appears like actor) with this album
and really in typical Feliciano style: a perfect fusion of soul,
funky latin sound, this is one of the most representative album
of his career. The song "Angela", in this album version
is a great example, greats are also "Why", "As
Long As I Have You" and the two instrumentals pieces "Nirvana"
and "Michaelangelo". Unfortunately this album not was
a great hit and today is impossible to contact "Private
Stock" for realese this great album on CD.

Superb album strikes a perfect balance between
Latin rock, strongly rhythmic numbers, beautiful pop ballads
and even a reggae-tinged cut. Title song is a stunningly beautiful
ballad with a symphonic sweep from the movie "Aaron Loves
Angela." Album arranged, written and produced by Jose and
Janna Merlyn Feliciano, with musical backup from such heavyweights
as Tom Scott, Willie Bobo, Chuck Findley and David Paich. Best
cuts: "Angela," "Nirvana (Parts 1 and 2),"
"Michaelangelo," "As Long As I Have You."
Dealers: Feliciano has frequent television exposure, not to mention
the weekly airing of his "Chico And The Man" theme.
