COMMENTS:
A Soul/pop album, perhaps not the best of the 70s
by Jose how variety of songs: much material re-make from Motown
artists in a new and nice way, after the collaboration with John
Lennon in his "Rock'n'Roll" album. But the real cameo
and great value of this is a nstrumental real masterwork of funky
sound: "Affirmation" then also award Jose, for fifth
time, like "Best Pop guitarist of the year" from Guitar
Player magazine. A cover of this song is included in the great
hit "Breezin" album by George Benson. After the low
selling of this LP, Jose leave RCA for come to the unknow Private
Stock records.
Again to date RCA don't release these wonderful songs
and Album on cd ! Please write them to request Feliciano classics

Another nice effort from Feliciano, that touches
all musical types. Expect play in the pop market, as well as
soul and FM market for this one. His material runs the gamut
from originals to soul standards by people like Smokey Robinson
and the Temptations. There's even one instrumental cut on the
album. Best cuts: "I Can't Get Next To You," "Ain't
That Peculiar," "Rock'n'Roll," "No Jive."
